Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders Today

BIYO was formed in March 2020 to serve the youth in greater Indianapolis. Through its inception, BIYO strives to be an independent local organization that conducts its business through its independent board. We make sure we have balanced representation of genders and youth in the board. Board meetings and elections are open to public. In 2024-2025 term, BIYO served to around 60 youth in K-12. Around 25 of the youth in K-4 attended the bi-weekly weekend school and the other 35 in 5-12 were part of various mentorship groups. We are grateful to our community volunteers to make these events to happen. We share very few event pictures respecting the privacy requests from our community members.

Spiritual Growth

We guide youth in strengthening their character and faith through weekly programs, mentorship, and meaningful discussions rooted in moral and universal values.

Academic Support

Through tutoring, workshops, and enrichment activities, we help students excel in school while building habits for lifelong learning and success.

Social Engagement

Our events like the Ramadan Iftar program, Kahoot nights, and volunteer opportunities foster connection, friendship, and a strong sense of community.

Leadership Development

We empower youth to become confident, responsible leaders through service projects, public speaking opportunities, and team-building activities.
